Our Life Is Short. Cut Out Negativity….

“Our life is short. Cut out negativity.  Forget gossip. Say goodbye to people who don’t care. Spend time with people who are always there.”

We only have one short life to live. It seems that we believe our lives will never end. We treat money and time as though they will never end. We purchase showy things as if they are important and merit incurring debt and attachment-related stress. We all think we have another year, so we postpone the supposedly “trip of a lifetime” till that year. We tend to think there will always be tomorrow, so we don’t express our love for the people we care about enough.

I am aware that having negative feelings occasionally is a normal aspect of being human. Everybody, including me, experiences it. I might be in a bad mood for a few days, an hour, or even a minute. However, in spite of everything, I make the decision to live each day to the fullest and as positively as possible.

Avoid gossiping; it is harmful and polarizing. Even though you might feel better at the time, engaging in it will not benefit you in the long run, and it will make people detest you. It will also lead to issues in your family, social circles, job, and other settings where you participate in the activity.
It’s acceptable for the mind to work against us occasionally.

The mind grows tired of certain things as well when it is used to them. This is something you must comprehend. Seek out a companion or someone you can trust in and tell them what’s bothering you. This person could be a partner, parent, or trustworthy mentor.

Keep in mind that while no one can go back in time and start over, everyone may start today and write a new chapter in their life.
