What happens when God takes His hands off you? When God says He’s taking His hands off, it simply means He lets things happen naturally and doesn’t become involved. In simple terms, he says, “All right. Give it what you want.
Keep in mind this: God is supremely powerful. Everything that occurs in this world is under his control.
The joy of giving everything to the Lord is witnessing His hand at work in everything. A “no” response given today becomes a better “yes” response from God tomorrow. Make a clear exchange with Christ, just as a successful relay racer hands their comrade the aluminum baton.
Give everything to Jesus, who has authority over your life, and obediently run the race of life beside the One who gave His life in order to save you. By faith, give the Lord control over everything and everyone, and start to see His hand at work in everything and everyone.
God differs from humankind. When people fail, we lose hope in them. The Almighty cannot. There is nothing that can diminish God’s love.
I believe God allows humans the freedom to make some decisions for themselves and then figuratively takes His hands off. This is not to say that He is not keeping an eye on things. It simply implies that He accepts the consequences of our acts and is under no need to hurry in and remedy things.
Thank you, Almighty God, for holding our hands. Remind us of this fact when we’re afraid, disheartened, or too tired to take another step. Grant us new hope for today.
