I’m Sending The Warmest Caring Hugs

“I’m sending the warmest caring hugs to those who feel sad, tired, lonely drained, and empty.”

Many people suffer from depression, while others simply have bad days or are unhappy with themselves. Whatever the reason for their depression, sadness, or lack of motivation to accomplish anything, one thing is certain: it’s a difficult sensation to have. Depression is isolating; it feels as if you’re all alone in it and it will never end.

When a person is sad, one of the most common feelings is a sense of loneliness, as if no one understands what they are going through. They’re all by themselves.

It can be so helpful to hear from a friend or loved one to confirm that they are loved and that they are not alone. It also serves as a reminder of reality, which is that the people in their lives genuinely care about them and support them when they need it.

That is why I need you to be confident in yourself.  Have faith in your ability to feel hope again, to be the person you used to be, or even better. Even if you don’t feel like it right now, you are still a really great person.

I want you to know that no matter what, I will always be there for you. Also, my door is always open for you. I may not be an expert in conversation, but I always try to make you feel better. I’ll lend you my shoulder, listen to your complaints or scream about anything, and give you a strong hug.

Even though you can’t see it right now, I’m sure you will in the near future. You are an incredible person. You have a right to know how much the people in your life value you.

I want you to know that you are not irreplaceable; you are not. I don’t want your shortcomings to characterize you. I want you to never question your place in the world. And keep me in mind the next time you feel like there’s no purpose to life. I need your presence here. I shall continue to do so as I always have.
