A kindergarten teacher was playing a guessing game with her class using different flavored candies.
She handed one candy to each child.
“Eat the red one first,” she said. “Then tell me what flavor you think it is.”
The children tasted it and quickly guessed,
“Strawberry!”
“That’s right!” the teacher said.
Next, she gave them an orange candy.
“This one is easy,” she said. “The answer is in the name.”
The class smiled.
“Orange!”
“Correct!”
Then came a green candy.
After a little thinking, the children guessed,
“Lime!”
“Well done,” the teacher said.
Finally, she handed out a white candy. It was honey flavored, but none of the children could figure it out.
“I’ll give you a hint,” the teacher said.
“Sometimes your parents call each other this.”
Suddenly, Little Johnny’s eyes grew wide. He quickly spit out his candy and shouted to the rest of the class,
“Don’t eat it! They’re idiots!”
