“Dear God please help me through the coming week. Remove my anxious thoughts and calm my heart. I trust you will give me strength and be my guide through the days to come. Place hope in my heart and make my days peaceful. Please look over my family and friends. In Jesus’ name. Amen!”
We pray to God for comfort and protection when life seems hopeless. When life seems hopeless, it takes no poetry degree or well-practiced vocabulary to pray to God for assistance. It demands sincerity and genuineness.
Remain calm. Be joyful! It’s not really that simple! Yes, I am aware. I used to suffer greatly from anxiety as well.
Stress and anxiety are not the same thing. Everybody faces problems and obstacles on a daily basis; this is stress. Life involves stress. Discomfort and issues, choices, arguments, and expectations can characterize stress. You feel more stressed out the more responsibilities you have.
Anxiety is not always present. It originates from having an anxious mindset, which is a chronic attitude that dictates how you perceive and react to stresses, as well as possibly having too much stress on your plate. It’s an uncomfortable issue that has the power to take over your life, rob you of happiness, and make it impossible for you to carry on.
If so, you could find it difficult to unwind and slow down, even at night. Your thoughts simply won’t go away. Why did I tell him that? How will they judge me? How am I going to pay my bills? I need to move forward and become stronger.
This is not the way you have to live with worry! You can learn to put your confidence in God to ease your anxieties. This is what I’m saying to let you know that you’re not by yourself. We’ve all been in that situation. I also want you to know that Jesus offers a way to peace.
I encourage you to make your way to rely on the Lord and look for the support you require and embrace the tranquility that comes from a connection with Jesus and His followers.
