My satisfaction and sense of worth in life stem from my family and friends. They are the ones who fill my life with happiness, love, and laughter. They have helped me both in good and terrible times, and they have never failed to support me when I most needed them.

Appreciate every lovely moment, no matter how big or small, in your life. These are the times in your life that matter. So enjoy every one of them. Put yesterday behind you, cease worrying about tomorrow, and concentrate on today.
